I am trying to take over the world and it isn�t easy for somebody like me, I need to know the info, I needed to be in the know. My PC prevented me from doing that.
The trouble was a freakin idiot designed my PC; it wasn�t helping me steal nuclear warheads so I could hold the world to ransom.
My PC kept getting errors and it crashed so much, I could never complete my plans on properly. This would make Mr Bigglesworth upset. Meow!

With the software included with my Mac I could easily organise my iLife with my evil henchmen, instantly my Number 2 knew who he worked for.
It was so easy and I didn�t need to spend billions of dollars either.

If all you need to do is to get downtown, DON'T rent a car. BART is a fine option...one of the best transit agencies in the country. Getting to the station inside the airport can be a real pain, but it's not horrible. If you don't want to take BART, you can just grab a shuttle van ride...~$15 a person.

I don't get it. I see a box with two sets of letters, FS on top and FF on the bottom. Why do I see that instead of the symbol? On some posts and signatures I see the apple symbol, but for example, BC2009's post is 4 of those boxes and a smiley. Weird :confused:

I'll be heading to disneyworld in a few weeks with the family. In times past I'd not think twice about taking my Nikon D70s, but this year I'm kind of second guessing that.
For one thing, unlike prior years, my girls are now of an age that they'll not need or use a carriage, so they'll be walking around. Why does this matter? Well, I'd hang my camera and other stuff I take on the stroller. This time no stroller means everything I take I must lug and it gets hot in florida.
Second reason is that while it takes great shots I gets in the way often enough. on rides, or walking around.
So I'm thinking of taking a point and shoot camera. I have a panasonic DMTZ-5 which takes decent photos. What's the advice of my fellow MR inmates :)
I'm also open to a new point and shoot camera if it shoots in RAW or approaches the performance of a DSLR (speed and image quality)
Any advise and/or suggestions?

Yes, I did. But I listed the item as "as-is" with no returns. Is there any way the buyer can get around this?
I wouldn't think so because he accepted the terms of the deal when he bid. It's a legal contract, but call eBay to find out for sure.

If you're in the UK, your best bet will probably be Crucial, as they run a UK web store. Crucial sells the proper modules with Apple-approved heatsinks.
�235.19 inc. VAT for two 4GB sticks (8GB kit). Not exactly cheap, but really, it's only about 10% more than what I would pay for the same thing in the States, after I factor in tax (which Crucial charges in my state), based on the currency exchange rate.

Yes you can. Don't argue with me, I have been switching back and forth on Crysis 2 and there is definitely a noticeable difference.
However Games still look good with 1920x1080 on the 27" iMac.
It looks fine at 1920x1080 in games, that's when you would actually use it...

The second plan probably would work, but you'll have two separate wireless networks.

I upgraded my iMovie to version 9.0.1 through the Mac App Store. This 9.0.2 update doesn't show up in Software Update, but does show up in the App Store. Is this the way it's supposed to work?
I just assumed the Apple product updates would appear in Software Update like they always did.

you should settle with a Nvidia 6800 Ultra.
Oh no, OP - avoid it like plague. It's loud, hot and frequently failing card (and it isn't "top of the line" preformance wise).
Of original Mac ones X800 or X850XT will be most powerful. Of flashed ones 7800GS, like Transporteur said.
