Dear Attorney,
I am a July 2007 I-485 filer. Have an EAD but primarily working on H1B full-time as a Systems Analyst. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer but not sure if I can use my EAD to work as a Fitness Trainer in a local Gym (part-time).
Any advise will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Star

Certain voices in the nursing community are trying to make the argument that there is no nursing shortage and we need to keep protectionist policies in place. But there has been a great deal compelling evidence pointing in only one direction for many years - a nurse shortage that is already bad and will grow much worse in decades to come. Here's an article from CNN/Money that is certainly scary. And 30 million more patients are about to gain access to health care under the reform bill on the verge of passage in Congress. If we don't have enough nurses...

I am thinking of applying for 485 right now, and 5 months later for my wife. Do the dates have to current when I apply for my wife. or it does not matter. Has any one done this where they applied for 485 when dates were current but for spouse at a latter date when the dates were backlogged again.
thanks
thanks

Hey.
Im new to photography and am looking into photography for local music venues.
I have a D40 with its standard 18-55mm lens but I'm looking for a lens with a better aperture.
I am looking to get the Nikon 55mm f1.8 which is around 80.
As this is not an AF-S lens and can not focus automatically, will it sitll work with the D40 if I use manual focus?
Regards,

Hi Ramya,
You can walk out of Wipro paying them nothing,
Have you signed any document or bond which is valid here in United states, then you might have to consult the lawyer otherwise if it is very staight froward case,
One sided bonds not going to last long in court,
Good luck.

If I were you, I would definitely call them or take an infopass to be aware of the current status. That way you can have a chance to know if there is something wrong and you can address that immediately.

This is encouraging. Here's how DHS says it will work: The Global Entry pilot project allows pilot participants expedited entry into the United States at any of the designated port locations by using automated kiosks located in the Federal Inspection Services (FIS) area of each airport. Global Entry uses fingerprint biometrics technology to verify a participants identity and confirm his or her status as a participant. After arriving at the FIS area, participants proceed directly to the Global Entry kiosk. A sticker affixed to the participants passport at the time of acceptance in Global Entry will provide visual identification that...

Hi Tracey,
Looks like you're off to a good start. The white flower is slightly out of focus. I'm not familiar with the Easyshare but I'm guessing you might have been inside of its minimum focal distance.
The first baby photo also seems to be a little on the soft side but I can't tell if it's due to camera shake or just from resizing the image.
Welcome to the site.
Chris
